My work explores how people interact with large-scale systems—from recommendation algorithms and AI products to health technologies and emerging digital experiences. I’m particularly interested in making complex behaviors, data, and decision-making processes more understandable through thoughtful product design.

 

I approach design as both a research and systems problem. Whether I'm analyzing user behavior, mapping feedback loops, conducting research, or building prototypes, I enjoy identifying patterns and translating them into experiences that help people make better decisions.
